DRIVE SIXTY - 60 YEARS OF LAND ROVER - 1948 to 2008

To celebrate Land Rovers' 60th Anniversary in 2008, Land Rover Experience Snowdonia have come up with something rather special to north Wales.

This event is only available here in Snowdonia, and is a unique opportunity to see how Land Rovers have developed over the years, in some of the most scenic countryside in Europe.

A full days' experience driving six different vehicles from the six decades of Land Rover, from an early Series One to one of the latest vehicles, and that's just the tip of the iceberg!

The DRIVE SIXTY experiences will only take place here in Snowdonia, on selected weekends during the year and they will give participants the opportunity to drive six different Land Rovers, representing models from the last sixty years.

Based at our 5000 acre site in the beautiful Welsh Mountains, guests will be able to drive a selection of vehicles ranging from an early 80" Land Rover, similar to the one that started it all sixty years ago, to the Range Rover that set the trend for luxury 4x4's in the seventies, by way of a fully-equipped Camel Trophy Defender 110, right up to one of the current family of Land Rover vehicles, all in the environment that they were specifically designed for, off-road.

And remember, this special tribute to Land Rover will not be available anywhere else in the UK, so why not celebrate sixty years of Land Rover in style, and come and join us in north Wales on one of the days below. All days must be pre-booked.
